I use to love this place. I go in today and the cook burned my bowl and overcooked the chicken and some areas have burnt on them that you can’t scrape off, as well as dry. Almost every bit of the onions are burnt. The server comes around and asks me if it’s good. I told him I’m having to go through and pick out the burnt pieces. Some you can’t take off. He asks me if it’s too burned. I’m like I don’t particularly like the taste of burnt pieces. I really hate the taste of burnt in my food!!!!

I recently brought my daughter that has a shrimp allergy here and she is vocal about her allergy. Our server was Javon, he immediately reassured her that her allergy will be accommodated. Javon, let us know that when she goes into the line to pick her food items, to tell the people cooking it that she has a shrimp allergy. He was very attentive and checked on us several time. Overall the experience was great for the both of us.

I love this location of GG! service is great when they have an amazing cook on the grill. drinks are good, it is finally pretty chill. lead, Javon, is the sweetest at this location! they also sung me happy birthday as a little surprise to me, unwarranted. when the general manager, Rachel, is on shift, it’s just great. just such a nice and kind establishment.

We had a fantastic experience! Brian was an outstanding waiter. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service. Rachel, the manager, was also wonderful. She stopped by to check on us and made us feel truly welcomed. It’s clear she leads a great team. Excellent food, excellent service, and we’ll definitely be back!

During the visit, we noticed at the sauce station, roaches. I alerted staff, mang was alerted. Not once was the sauces replaced, changed, nothing. None of the contaminated foods was exchanged. I feel like they treated it as normal, not a big deal. For this costly of food, this service should not be the usual. At the end of the visit I asked for the check. Well over 10 mins later, I finally went to the bar to pay. No, it was not busy, the waitress was aware. Maybe 4 tables at any given time was filled while we was there. Quite embarrassing I chose this, as a place to take out of town family. Yes, still tipped even though the service was awful. Still should not punish the employees.
